I'm Morgane, 28. I live in a small town near Grenoble at the foot of the Belledonne mountains. A former skater, I've been running since 2016. I quickly became a Trail enthusiast. My favorite distance is 40 km, but I also run shorter and longer distances. This year, my major objective is the Bourbon Trail on the Diagonale des fou. I wanted to aim high for my first 100km! I also enjoy cycling, cross-country skiing and via ferrata in summer. So many opportunities to enjoy Gourmiz. Sport allows me to get away from all the worries of everyday life and take full advantage of what nature has to offer!
WHY GOURMIZ?
I was looking for natural bars with simple ingredients. The most important thing for me was that Gourmiz bars gave me enough energy for long training sessions and official races. During races, I appreciate their small format. And with so many different flavors to choose from, it's impossible to get bored! (Even if I prefer the walnut flavour). The bars are super easily digestible, which is essential on the ultra.

Walnuts from the Périgord region are always a big hit in our fruit bars. Renowned for its many gustatory qualities, here it's combined with Lucuma, a little-known fruit from South America that's very tasty indeed. A raw bar worth discovering.
