I'm an associate professor of physical education and sport, a former member of the French 100km and 24-hour team, and a running and triathlon coach. I am the founder of BH Conseil, a company offering a wide range of services related to physical activity.) Wearing the French national team jersey is an exceptional and rare experience. So I really enjoyed this period of my personal and sporting life. I was twice world champion with my team-mates. To reach the pinnacle of your discipline as a team, in an individual sport, is indescribable happiness.
