What does Gourmiz' manufacture and what are the brand's values?
Olivier: Gourmiz' in a few words, it's a small artisanal business located in Montrabé, near Toulouse; a manufacturer of organic fruit bars, a small company with a friendly and family-oriented atmosphere. Unique and pioneering in slow dehydration since 2011, Gourmiz' produces delicious plant-based fruit bars, organic, gluten-free, therefore grain-free, sugar-free, and dehydrated at low temperature < 45°C, for a shelf life of 9 to 12 months. Gourmiz' main idea is to promote a simple and authentic dietary approach through raw, minimally processed foods, and without additives.
How the T3R is born ?
Nathalie: The project was born within the FCPE of the nursery and elementary schools of Montrabé. The team then expanded around motivated and nature-loving parent-runner volunteers.
Through this event, we wanted to share our passion and put it to work for our children to raise funds to improve the functioning of our schools, and to participate in activities organized by the teaching staff.
Our values are: - harmony and respect for nature - self-improvement - respect for others - sharing and solidarity.
