Article 1: Organizing company

The company LA VIE CLAIRE ("Organizer"), a public limited company with a Supervisory Board and Management Board, registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under Number 632.000.014, located at 111 Avenue Marcelin Berthelot, 69520 GRINGY, hereinafter the "Organizing Company" or the "Organizer" is organizing a game from 06/11/2025 to 11/06/2025 called: "GOURMIZ' X La Vie Claire Contest", hereinafter the "Game".

This game is only accessible on the official La Vie Claire Instagram page: https://www.instagram.com/_lavieclaire/

These rules define the applicable legal rules for this game.

Article 2: Conditions of participation

This free, no-obligation Game is open to anyone aged 18 or over on the day they register for the Game, residing in mainland France, with Internet access and a valid Instagram user account, associated with a valid e-mail address, excluding employees of the Organizer and its affiliated companies and their family members, agencies and anyone involved in the organization of this promotion, their employees and family members. The participant authorizes all verifications concerning his/her identity.

The Game will be announced on LA VIE CLAIRE's official pages: https://www.instagram.com/_lavieclaire.

To participate, participants must go to the page where the post announcing the Game is located.

Participation in the Game implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules. These rules take precedence over all documents (including advertising) relating to the Game. Failure to comply with these rules will result in automatic cancellation of participation and the possible award of a prize.

By participating, the user acknowledges that Instagram are not responsible for the organization and operation of the Game. They will therefore not be able to seek Instagram's liability in the event of any damage whatsoever arising in connection with the Game.

Article 3: Terms of participation

To participate on Instagram, simply:

• log in to LA VIE CLAIRE's Instagram pages accessible via https://www.instagram.com/_lavieclaire/ (provided you have an Instagram® account)
• Participants are asked to enter their Instagram account username and password.
• Subscribe to the Instagram® pages LA VIE CLAIRE and Gourmiz' by clicking on the relevant button if the participant is not already a subscriber;
• Comment the publication with the emoji .

No other means of entry will be accepted. Any entry that is incomplete or does not comply with these rules will not be taken into account and may not be the subject of any claim.

In any event, to validly participate in the game, the participant must strictly comply with the registration conditions as defined below, as well as any other instructions that may be communicated to him by any other means.

Article 4: Game principles

Participation in the Game is limited to one entry per person (only one Instagram® account per person is allowed) and per household (same name, same address) for the entire duration of the Game.

As such, the Organizer reserves the right to request a copy of the winner's ID before sending the prize. In the event of attempted or proven fraud, LA VIE CLAIRE reserves the right to disqualify any participant.

Only entries correctly made and validated each day before the Game closes, from 06/05/2025 to 11/05/2025, at 11:59 pm will be taken into consideration.

Article 5: Prizes

The prizes up for grabs include 20 prizes worth €10, including:

• two Gourmiz Vanilla Coconut bars
• two Gourmiz Coconut Raw Cocoa bars

The promotional image is a non-contractual image illustrating the prize to be won, which is being raffled as part of the competition.

The value indicated for the prizes corresponds to the current or estimated public price (including tax) on the date the rules were drawn up, it is given as a mere indication and is subject to variation. The prizes are not interchangeable for another object, nor for any monetary value whatsoever, and may not give rise to partial or total reimbursement. Participants are informed that the sale or exchange of prizes is strictly prohibited.

In the event of force majeure, or if circumstances so require, the Organizer reserves the right to replace the prizes won with prizes of equivalent or greater value.

Article 6: Selection of winners:

The random electronic draw will take place on 12/06/2025 by LA VIE CLAIRE.

The game will designate 20 people among the participants who have complied with the conditions of the rules on Instagram®

Any winner must comply with the rules. If it turns out that they do not meet the criteria of these rules, their prize will not be awarded.

Article 7: Prize delivery terms:

The winner will be named in a comment under the Instagram and Facebook Game post by the Organizer. He/she will have to reply to the Organizer by private message to communicate his/her contact details (surname, first name, postal address, email and telephone number) to which he/she would like his/her prize to be sent.

If the winner does not respond within three working days (3 days) of the announcement of the winners, they will be deemed to have forfeited their prize and the prize will be reallocated.

The Organizer reserves the right to communicate winners' contact details to any partner in charge of sending or delivering the prizes they have won.

By the mere fact of accepting his/her prize, the winner authorizes the Organizer to use his/her Instagram and Facebook username and his/her image in the context of a regram and/or story, without this use being able to open any rights and remuneration other than the prize won.

Article 8: Delivery of prizes

The prize will be sent to the winner free of charge by post, based on the contact details provided by the winner in a private message. The prizes will be sent within one month of receipt of the winners' contact details.

Article 9: Limitation of liability:

The Organizer may not be held liable for any event for which it is not responsible, in particular in the event of any incident/accident that may occur in the use of the prizes, delay or misdelivery of the prizes or prize or winnings damaged due to transport operations, the poor or unavailability of the network, technical failure, the risks inherent in any connection and transmission, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation and the risks of contamination by any viruses circulating on the network, and for any other case.

Participation implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet, social networks and in particular the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation or piracy, or the risks of contamination by possible viruses present on the network.

Article 10: Force majeure

LA VIE CLAIRE shall not be held liable if, due to force majeure or beyond its control, this Game has to be modified, shortened, extended, postponed or cancelled.

Article 11: Obtaining the present rules

No telephone inquiries regarding the terms of the Game or the interpretation of these rules will be answered.

Article 12: Personal data

The personal data collected on each participant is collected for the sole purpose of participation in the Game and the prize draw, as well as the awarding of the prize. The absence of this information makes it impossible to take part in the Game and award the prize. This information is intended exclusively for LA VIE CLAIRE's Digital department, as well as for third-party service providers acting as subcontractors, in particular for the purposes of the prize draw or the dispatch of prizes.

Data will be kept for 1 year from the end of the Game.

Participants have the right to access, rectify, delete and port their personal data, as well as the right to object to or request the restriction of processing, under the conditions and within the limits set out in the regulations. These rights may be exercised by contacting LA VIE CLAIRE by e-mail at contact@lavieclaire.com.

If the right to object is exercised before the end of the Game, the Participant renounces his/her participation. The Participant has the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Article 13: Intellectual Property:

All trademarks, logos and other distinctive signs reproduced on the site, as well as on sites to which it provides access via hypertext links, are the exclusive property of their owners and are protected as such by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.

Any unauthorized reproduction of these trademarks, logos and signs constitutes an infringement punishable by criminal penalties.

All software used on the site and those to which it provides access, as well as the texts, comments, illustrations or images reproduced on the site and those to which it provides access, are subject to copyright and their unauthorized reproduction constitutes an infringement punishable by criminal penalties.

Article 14: Disputes and claims:

Any dispute concerning the interpretation and/or cases not provided for in the present rules will be settled by the Organizer, whose decisions will be sovereign and without appeal. No dispute or claim will be taken into consideration after a period of one (1) month following the closing date of the Game.
